Singapore chilli POW POW Crab
- 1/2 red onion
- 2 red chillies
- knob ginger
- 4 cloves garlic
1 bottle Pow Pow
3 blue swimmer crabs
- Cut in small chunks the veggies and aromatics and add them into a food chopper until they become almost like a paste.
- Add a tablespoon of coconut oil to a medium-high heat wok, add your chilli paste and cook for 3 - 4 minutes and add half a bottle of Pow Pow and 1/2 cup of water and cook for 5 minutes. Thicken the sauce with cornflour and water mix and add 3 portioned blue swimmer crabs and cook for 5 minutes. Add the remaining Pow Pow
- Add 2 beaten eggs 5 minutes later your chilli crab is ready.
