Ingredients
- 2 sausages
- 6 portobello mushroom
- 3 tablespoons cream cheese
- 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons of Ancho Expresso rub from Lanes BBQ
- Sorta white bbq sauce Lanes BBQ
Directions
- Remove the casings from the sausage and mix the cream cheese and parmesan together with the sausage mince.
- Remove the stem from the mushrooms and fill them with the cream cheese mixture.
- Put the mushrooms in a muffin tray and in the smoker at 250f for 45 minutes.
