Directions

1. Remove the casings from the sausage and mix the cream cheese and parmesan together with the sausage mince.
2. Remove the stem from the mushrooms and fill them with the cream cheese mixture.
3. Put the mushrooms in a muffin tray and in the smoker at 250f for 45 minutes.
