Jalapeno Popper dogs
- Streaky bacon
- American cheese
- 1 cup Cream cheese
- 1 Jalapeno chopped
1 tablespoon Garlic2 from Lanes BBQ
- Slice the frankfurt and add slices American cheese then wrap them in bacon. Cook them on a medium to low fire.
- Add jalapenos and Garlic2 Lanes rub in the cream cheese and mix well. Add a thick layer of this cream cheese to a brioche roll.
- Now assemble the dogs and hit the smoker at 300f until the cream cheese has softened and the brioche rolls are hot. Add ketchup and American mustard.
