Honey Sriracha Dragon Eggs
6 Large free range eggs
Lane's Honey Sriracha
Red food colouring
Bring a large pot of water to boil. Hard boil your eggs and set aside to cool
In a small bowl combine 1/4 cup water and 1 cap full of red food colouring.
Lightly tap the egg on the bench creating cracks in the shell all the way around.
Roll the eggs in the coloring/water mix set aside to dry
Peel the eggs, cut in half lengthways and remove yolks
add mayo and sriracha to the egg yolks to create a smooth consistency.
Add 1 Tbsp of of Lane's Honey Sriracha and stir to combine.
Add a little Sriracha to the egg white halves then pipe in the yolk mixture
Add some more sriracha to the top and sprinkle with a little more seasoning.
