Honey Sriracha Dragon Eggs

Directions

1. Bring a large pot of water to boil. Hard boil your eggs and set aside to cool

2. In a small bowl combine 1/4 cup water and 1 cap full of red food colouring.

3. Lightly tap the egg on the bench creating cracks in the shell all the way around.

4. Roll the eggs in the coloring/water mix set aside to dry

5. Peel the eggs, cut in half lengthways and remove yolks
   



6. add mayo and sriracha to the egg yolks to create a smooth consistency.

7. Add 1 Tbsp of of Lane's Honey Sriracha and stir to combine.

8. Add a little Sriracha to the egg white halves then pipe in the yolk mixture

9. Add some more sriracha to the top and sprinkle with a little more seasoning.
