EASY BUFFALO CUBANO CHICKEN DIP

INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONS

  1. Smoke/Grill/Bake 2 Chicken Breast Seasoned with Cubano Rub

  2. Shred chicken once baked and cooled

  3. In a large skillet add One-legged Chicken Buffalo Sauce and shredded chicken then mix

  4. Add cream cheese (chopped up), 1 cup Cubano Dressing (see recipe), and 1 cup sharp cheddar to the skillet and place on smoker/grill at 375.

  5. Once everything is melted and mixed together (about 10 minutes) add 1 cup shredded cheddar all over the top and smoke/grill for another 10 minutes until cheese on top starts to melt and crust. 

RECIPE NOTE:

Smoke using your favorite wood - we like cherry.

You can also do this recipe over the stovetop and finish in the oven.
