
Cuban Sandwich

Ingredients
unsliced bread loaf (Sourdough works well)

Lane's Cubano Rub
-
Leftover Mojo pork roast
Sliced ham off the bone
Yellow mustard
Bread and butter pickles
Unsalted butter
Sliced swiss cheese
Directions
Slice the bread nice and thick 3/4 of an inch and butter the outsides.
Sprinkle a little Cubano rub on the buttered side of the bread.
Place in a pan or skillet on medium heat and start building your sandwich
Add few slices of Mojo pork and a few slices of ham (don't be shy, stack that mf)
add a few pickles and a good slathering of yellow mustard.
top with swiss cheese and the second slice of bread (butter out)
flip the sandwich until golden brown on the outside and warmed through.
Slice and eat while warm.
