These chilli & Lime Smoked Pork ribs are a thing of Beauty! smoked to perfection & super juicy!
Finished off with some signature rub Butter & the meat just falls straight off the bone. Give these a try for your next BBQ!
Chilli & Lime Pork Ribs
4 Racks of Pork Ribs – sinew removed
150g Lane’s BBQ Chili & Lime rub
100g Binder – any sauce that you like!
50g Signature Rub
Fire up your smoker to 150°c
Lay out your ribs onto a tray & rub the binder over them, making sure to cover them evenly
Sprinkle the ribs with the Lane’s BBQ Chili & Lime Rub, then place them on the smoker for 3 hours unwrapped
After 3 hours, wrap the ribs & put a few tablespoons of the signature butter inside the wrapping paper
Place back on the Smoker for 3 more hours then check the temp & the feel.
Allow to rest for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
