Breakfast Cheese Toastie Upside Down Burger
160 Grams Beef at least 20% fat content. Balls of 80 gms each.
3 x Rashes Streaky bacon
½ Cup Maple syrup
2 TBS Magic Dust Lanes BBQ
1 TBS SPF 53 Lanes BBQ
1 x Potato burger buns
2 x Slice American cheese
- Heat a skillet with the streaky bacon and once it’s golden and crispy coat it with a good amount of maple syrup and finish it with Magic dust rub.
- Heat up a skillet with ghee and add a thick slice of onion on a medium fire. Add SPF53 and cook until it’s nice and golden both sides.
- Add mince beef balls on to a hot plate and smash. After 2 minutes turn them and add onion and cheese then stack them, add your caramelised bacon on top and start grilling the upside down potato rolls over ghee. Once they are nice and browned add your full stack of goodness and enjoy
